Cancellation/Refund Policy for Northlinestore.com

This Cancellation/Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for products purchased on Northlinestore.com ("the Website"). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Request: You may request to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team at northlinecouture@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped

Eligibility: Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and our standard return policy applies (see Section 2).

2. Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:  Northlinestore.com accepts returns of unused and undamaged products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they are in their original packaging. However, if the product received is the exact same as listed and undamaged, it would not qualify for a return based solely on preference. Our return policy primarily covers cases of defects, incorrect products, or damage.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at northlinecouture@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Refund: Refunds for returned products will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
