Order Cancellation
Cancellation Request: You can request to cancel your order by contacting us at northlinecouture@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it. While we will try our best to process your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Eligibility: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, or
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent by us)
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Clear images and unboxing video must be provided as proof
Requests without valid proof will not be accepted
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances for:
- Change of mind / product not liked (ONLY EXCHANGE)
- Fit or size issues (ONLY EXCHANGE)
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color differences due to screen/display variations (ONLY EXCHANGE)
- Minor variations in design, stitching, or finish
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
👉 No refunds will be provided in the above cases
3. Exchange / Store Credit
In cases of:
- Size issues
- Customer preference
- Color differences due to screen/display variations
We may offer:
- Exchange (subject to stock availability) OR
- Store credit (valid for [90 days])
4. Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect products
- Refund will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
- Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after approval
- Applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the paid amount (if applicable)
6. Quality Check & Rejection
All returned items undergo a strict quality check.
We reserve the right to reject any return if:
- Product shows signs of use
- Tags or packaging are missing
- Product is damaged after delivery
In such cases:
- No refund will be issued
- Product will be returned back to the customer at their expense
7. Abuse & Misuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases involving:
- False or misleading claims
- Repeated or unreasonable requests
- Misuse of our return policy
8. Final Decision
All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to final review and approval by our team. Our decision shall be final and binding.
