Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your Northline purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or need an eligible size exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at northlinecouture@gmail.com.
To Be Eligible for a Return or Exchange
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• A clear and continuous unboxing video, along with clear photos of the product, must be provided as proof.
• The return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in the request being declined.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue Store Credit.
- Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable exchange shipping charges. For exchanges requested due to size, personal preference, or color variation, both return and reshipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Refunds
- Refunds are only available for products that are verified to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Northline.
- Once the returned item is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the required bank details are provided.
- Applicable return shipping charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted For :
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without their original tags, labels, or packaging.
• Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the delivery date.
• Minor variations in colour, print placement, fabric texture, embroidery, or measurements that occur as part of the normal manufacturing process.
• Colour differences caused by photography lighting, editing, monitor settings, or mobile screen displays.
• Change of mind, personal preference, dislike of the product, or fit-related concerns where an exchange or store credit option is available.
• Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or special promotional campaigns, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Important
All return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to decline requests that contain false, misleading, incomplete, or insufficient information, or where our policy is being misused.
